			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Son is making breakfast casserole right now for a late supper.  It&#8217;s quite good.  Here&#8217;s the recipe.</p>
<h2>INGREDIENTS</h2>
<ul>
<li>1 (16 ounce) package ground pork breakfast sausage</li>
<li>12 eggs</li>
<li>1 (10.75 ounce) can  condensed cream of mushroom soup</li>
<li>1 (10.75 ounce) can  milk</li>
<li>1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained</li>
<li>1 (32 ounce) package frozen potato rounds</li>
<li>1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese</li>
</ul>

<h2>DIRECTIONS</h2>
<ol>
<li><span> Place sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook until evenly brown. Drain, and set aside. </span></li>
<li><span>                                 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9&#215;13 inch baking dish.                             </span></li>
<li><span> In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, condensed cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Stir in the sausage and mushrooms, and pour into the prepared baking dish. Mix in the frozen potato rounds. </span></li>
<li><span> Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.</span></li>

Puppy Chow (some call it trash)</p>
<p>9 cups crispy rice cereal squares<br/>
1/2 cup peanut butter<br/>
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips<br/>
1 1/2 cups confectioners&#8217; sugar</p>
<p>In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate; add peanut butter and mix until smooth.<br/>
Remove from heat, add cereal and stir until coated.<br/>
Pour powdered sugar into large plastic bag, add coated cereal and shake until well coated. Store in airtight container.</p>
<p>EASY BANANA BREAD</p>
<p>5 ripe bananas<br/>
1 (18 1/2 oz.) box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix<br/>
3 eggs<br/>
1 tsp. vanilla<br/>
1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional</p>
<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl mash bananas and add remaining ingredients. With electric beater, mix two minutes at medium speed. Pour into buttered 5 x 9 inch loaf pan and bake one hour.</p>

<p>Place on low-medium for 6 to 7 hours</p>
