Visiting the Past

My daughter thought it was pretty cool when we went to the Apple Festival this past weekend and visited what used to be my grade school. Before that it was my mom’s high school. Now it’s a community center. I don’t live in town anymore, but we’re really not that far away. There’s just not much going on regularly to visit often. We only really get as far as visiting dad who still lives in the house he built the year I was born.
