Thursday Thirteen #13
Written by tbirdonawire on October 27th, 2006Thirteen Things I can always count on.
1. Harley, my cat, sleeping right next to my head every night.
2. Squeaker, my other cat, pushing the bathroom door open 7 seconds after I turn the shower off. (Harley has to be in the bathroom with me the whole time. Squeaker’s afraid of the shower running.) ![]()
3. Dixie, my dog, being happy to see me when I come home.
4. One of our neighbors stopping by to chat with my husband for half an hour (or more) 5 minutes before supper is on the table.
5. My kids fighting over who is going to take Dixie out.
6. Being the only one of 3 people on my team to be at work on a Friday.
7. Planning a day off work for “me†time and ending up running errands all day for Mr. Bird, who works part time as a school bus driver.
8. Shoes left under the dining room table.
9. Dixie patiently waiting for me to put my recliner foot rest up so she can stretch out next to me.
10. Gigi, one of our goats, getting her head stuck in the woven wire fence.
11. Laundry on the hall floor NEXT to the laundry hamper instead of IN the laundry hamper.
12. Dog nose prints on the screen door windows.
13. Mr. Bird’s kiss goodbye every morning and his hugs and kisses throughout the day.

Nice TT list! I can so relate to #7, I’ll line up babysitting for a day of me time, and end up doing errands or cleaning the house, ugh!
sorry to hear about you losing lots of your blog, how in the world did you do that? (so I don’t do it too!) I’m pretty new to blogging and worry about doing something like that.
Happy TT,
